DHANURASANA



This is known as Pulled-Bow Posture. lie on the ground on stomach, pull the right toe with the right and left toe with the left hand.

The asana must be repeated a few times and keep yourself as comfortable as possible.

The asana proves particularly useful for the nerves.

It improves blood circulation. it strengthens arms, forearms, shoulders, chest, waist, back, thighs and calves.

It makes the body well developed and beautifully proportioned. It gives you a supple and agile body.
